Make sure all windows in the house including bathroom windows are are shut.
What we breathe in gets lodged deep in our lungs and cant get out . Its PM 2.5 particulate matter that's dangerous.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK !
As the goverment is planning to seed the clouds - please be warned that the rain water will be harmful for our skin thus please carry an umbrealla, wear a raincoat and above all please avoid getting wet in  the rain. The first few minutes of rainfall will be the most harzadous!

What is Cupping ?
